Class Policies

Rain-outs
Due to San Francisco's micro-climates and variable weather patterns, we normally only determine rain-outs within an hour of class time.  Because of the ever changing weather, we play through light rain and when the field is damp.  We will not play in heavy rain or if there are standing puddles on the field.  We will send email notification and tweets for any classes which are cancelled due to weather or other reasons. If rain is in the forecast or it has rained heavily in the last 24 hours, please call our rain-out line at (415) 762-5123 Ext 7 within an hour of your class start time.   Rain-out make-up classes will be added onto the end of the session.

Class cancellation
Classes are fully refundable up to the start of the class, less the administrative fee. Class cancellations after the first or second class will be pro-rated, less the administrative fee. We cannot give refunds after the 3rd week of class or for missed classes.  However, you are welcome to attend any other regularly scheduled class with available spots. Please note the majority of our weekend classes reach capacity, so it is likely we will not be able to accommodate a weekend make-up.  Please email us to confirm your spot before attending a make-up class.

Registering
Registration is done on a first received basis, even for returning players. To receive notification when new sessions are available for registration, you can follow us on Twitter and/or sign up for our email newsletter.
